Havent been updating over here for quite some time and I thought I should. Hmmm 2008 hasnt really been that smooth sailing as compared to 2007 BUT I'm believing that things will get better as time goes by.. and apparently, it is! :)

Yay whee hooray!

Okay so the most recent events were CNY and Lit night ! One of the most boring places in school (LT4 that is).. was transformed into a (fill in the blanks!) .. awesome. Shall post some pics here since I'm trying out this slideshow thingy ;)

First of all, wishing everyone a happy mooncake festival! :)

As the 24-h PSI level has reached 80 today (with reference from the 10pm Channel 8 news), which is the highest level recorded in Singapore so far and has been considered as the 'unhealthy' range, I'd like advice everyone to drink plenty of water and have enough rest. Now I can even hear the birds outside screaming for help, I guess they are suffocating and hating the heat as much as we do. Meanwhile, take care everyone! :)

Oh! So you must be wondering why am I online now when my pc is not even with me. Well, that's because my mum's laptop is at home! :) :) :) How great huh! Alrighty, a word to describe today- Unbearable! Our so-called 'free periods' were taken away and yep, now it's THE intensive lessons. I almost fell asleep during Chemistry and I think I yawned a couple of times. Alright, did I mention that I almost sprained my neck while stretching? 0.0

On a happier note, I had lunch with clique at SP in the noon. The chicken chop there tasted so good, maybe not comparable to restaurants or other western food stores in other food centres, but it's definitely better than what's available in school! *nods* Trained to Tiong Bahru Plaza and retrieved my coursework photos before heading back home.


3 more days to the opening of GV Vivocity! I wanna catch this movie! I've just watched the trailer.. aww and ouch, man! Watching it just sorta dampened my moods because seriously, it's saddening :(


HAHA, I wanna watch these movies too! .. Well, hopefully lah ;)

Updating using mum's laptop now. Yep, so far I THINK I am coping with this pretty well.. what's the big deal of not having a pc to use huh? (Oh it's a big deal actaully, fine 0.0). I like Justin Timberlake's Sexyback! Whadda hot song, in my opinion. Heard it in the gym a couple of times, it makes me wanna.. DANCE! -.- Okay dance my classic egyptian dance I meant :) Oh I actually thought it was sang by a female initially! Oh boy, I need hearing aids.

Oh there's a slight change in the timetable. Today's lessons were long and draggy, 4 periods of Chemistry at-one-go is a killer. I came home feeling so lethargic that I just fell onto the bed and slept for a good two hours. Damn! I kno sleeping is unproductive but that's the only way to sustain my life. Oh whee no P.E lessons on Thursday! (YAY) If there's P.E lesson, there will definitely be weight-taking sessions = die. I'll be enjoying GOOD food (chicken fish bleagh) + cake on Wednesday NIGHT.. furthermore, I have a really low metabolism rate.. SO! The next day (Thursday, that is), I'll be so dead and I dont rule out the possibility of saying hello to Fatty club. HAHAHA.

Fatty club sounds so cheesy yet cute! Oh yeah I met two of mah juniors at the bus-stop when I was on my way home. NAUGHTY KIDS. They actually had the guts to pinch my cheeks! HAHAHA. How can they be so rude to their senior neh? Actually I dont really mind, though. I'm used to people pinching mah cheeks when I was young.. but they said I have a pao face! WAHHH. Shouldnt teachers teach THE kids how to respect their seniors? Now I seriously think they should. HAH.

Therefore, summary of the day:
- I'm tired, REALLY shagged.. and I'm missing my bed terribly now.
- I have a pao face- A sexy pao face which does cheek-shaking dance really well. WHEE.

2nd update of the day.

The start of October, it definitely holds great significance and has some importance :) Ahh well, my pc is gonna be sent for some upgrades tomorrow evening.. which means I'll have to live my days without the pc for approximately two weeks huh? *shrugs* Okay maybe I'll be able to survive with my pink player and mum's laptop once in a blue moon or something, heh hopefully ;)


Anyway, heard this over the radio in the early afternoon. Oh in case if you're wondering what's the title of the song, it's Landon Pigg's Can't Let Go. Nice song, great tune, good lyrics :)

Oh well, now I'm bored at home stuck onto the computer screen. Be sympathetic! :( Wahaha, nah just kidding.. nothing serious. Oh, supposed to meet up with 7 of my maternal side cousins because they wanted to give me an early birthday celebration treat but my dad has become pretty concerned and strict about me going out recently.. so well, I had to turn down the invitation. Of course, it's a pity I'd say.. but it's alright, I shall just be a guai kia and stay at home, heh! :P Apologies to cousins cum. kor jie di mei! HAH. I feel like doing spring cleaning now actually. I cant stand the messiness in my bed and study rooms.. chunks of papers lying around, how annoying and disorganized!

Hey, I kinda dislike the mood and atmosphere of Sunday afternoons. The thought of going back to school to slog the next day is sucha major turn-off! It just causes me to be so distracted and not being able to recuperate and recharge my 'batteries' fully because I'll start to think, worry and feel all the unnecessary tension all of a sudden. Oh well, not that I hate school but sometimes humans are just simply tired of their boring routines of life, isnt it? I wonder if you ever felt this way before.

It's 3.51am now, and I cant sleep.. now shoot me.
Well anyway, yesterday was good :)

I woke up at 12 pm (pretty rare for a rainy Saturday early afternoon) and went out with my parents for lunch. Then my dad drove us to Habourfront centre and yep, I bought my pink Samsung MP3 player! YAY :D :D :D Samsung always never fail to amuse me, really. I like the 3D sound quality and the ability to display your favourite picture as wallpaper.. generally it's pretty cool. There's FM radio and voice recorder as well, whereby iPod doesnt.. and this explains why iPods are going at a really affordable price. Sales technique? I'd prolly define. Yep, you can actually listen to FM radio on your iPod too, but that is if you purchased an extra wire or something (which costs you a 100 bucks).. so, by the time you have all the functions, you'd have probably spent/wasted approximately 500 bucks? I predict. Hmm, go figure. Nevertheless, it's evident that iPods are still a pretty 'hot' thing in the mp3 market. The packaging for iPod nano is kinda stylish I thought. Oh and I just realised this afternoon that my Samsung player in pink is a limited edition! The only colours which are available in the other outlets are black and silver. So, this calls for double smiles double yayness! :) :)

And.. my mum's lovin' my iPod mini, hah! :D

Had dinner in Coffee club > Ice mocha vanilla! :D I love their crusted dory gremolate! It consists of dory fish (d-uh) and potato beneath mixed with some special sauce? Tastes unique. I was looking for this on the menu with Kristal at Marina Square's Coffee club the other day, but they didnt have it :( Oh did I mention that their baked pasta sucks? In my opinion, that is. But Kristal likes it.. in fact, she helped me to finish up everything when I was already so bloated and screaming for help. Hey, her appetite is 10 times better than mine okay! (dont see her so skinny).. urgh, she's so lucky to have a high metabolism rate! Guess what! She even ate chicken pie and some chocolate cake lah! *gasp!*

Hey! Actually come to think of it, I cant really push all the blame (my weight, that is) to my low metabolism rate! My dad bought two pieces of roti prata around 1am just now and I ate finish everything 0.0 Aaah, food is so tempting please. The roti prata is so cripsy! I like.. :) When good food comes, who gives a damn about weight, tell me, hah!

And to cousin- Dont worry, be happy! Dont be so pessimistic and cheer up yo! :D

True, to a certain extent. Sometimes I dont understand why some people always assume that they know a lot or infact, everything about me and my life when actually they dont. Oh alright, maybe they had just caught a glimpse of my life? But they doesnt mean anything right! Hmm..

Note to self: I MUST stop sleeping in my contact lenses!

I have this habit of becomming super duper sleeping in the noon (especially when the weather's so fine and the bed's so tempting).. *yawns* and yes, I slept this whole afternoon, say about.. 4 hours? IN MY CONTACT LENSES. Man, I totally freaked out (cuz everyone says you're not supposed to sleep in it).. fine, so I immediately went to the toilet and get my hands washed before trying to take 'em out. Actually there are different methods of taking out the lenses (I've asked Jinli and Kristal). I tried my method = failed. I tried Kristal's method = failed. I tried Jinli's method = success! Her method is kinda weird though.. haha! Anyway, I was out with Dad in the late afternoon after school to purchase a new doorbell for the home (yes, it spoilt again 0.0). Whooo I just woke up!

I allowed another opportunity to slip pass again *shrugs*
